   Compute the pairwise DTW distance between all loops in the STCRDab.
   
   positional arguments:
     stcrdab               Path to STCRDab
   
   options:
     -h, --help            show this help message and exit
     --output OUTPUT, -o OUTPUT
                           Path to output location
     --resolution-cutoff RESOLUTION_CUTOFF
                           Maximum resolution allowed from the structures
                           (Default: 3.50)
     --number-of-anchors NUMBER_OF_ANCHORS
                           number of anchors to include in alignment (Default: 5)
     --compress-output     compress the output matrices using gzip
   
   Logging:
     Options for logging
   
     --log-level {debug,info,warning,error}
                           Level to log messages at (Default: 'warning')
